Our Fleet
The ARC fleet of rowing shells includes a variety of types and sizes that allows the coaches to train our teams for competition in sweep and sculling events, in both large and small boats. In 2005, the club made a major investment to upgrade its fleet. Since then, boats have been added to the fleet on an as needed basis. On occasion, the club will name a boat in honor of a benefactor or a club member who has died.
In the spring of 2020, the Board determined to name all of the small boats in the fleet. With the requirement of singles only rowing due to COVID-19, it became necessary name these boats in order to easily identify them for rowing assignment.
