New Registration System - iCrew

For 2021, ARC is adopting a new club management system for administering memberships, program registrations, practice attendance, and more. This new system is called iCrew. This means we will no longer be using Regatta Central for these functions but iCrew instead. ARC will continue to use Regatta Central for managing regatta registrations. To participate in ARC activities in 2021 and beyond, you will need to set up an ARC member account in iCrew. Enter the ARC club code a1r2c3 when prompted. If you encounter any hiccups while doing so, please email us at info@albanyrowingcenter.org and we will work with you to ensure you can get set up.

US Rowing Individual Membership

ARC is an organizational member of the US Rowing Association, the governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States. All who register to row with ARC or wish to participate in regattas as an ARC member, must join USRA as an individual member under the auspices of ARC - aka the Organization of Adirondack Rowers and Scullers, Inc..

To join US Rowing as an ARC member, go HERE. From the US Rowing Membership Portal, click on JOIN. Enter the following information when prompted:

Regatta Registration

You may need to sign a USRowing regatta waiver for each individual regatta. Follow directions from your coach or an ARC Board member.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds unless a sickness or injury occurs within the first two weeks of the season. Refunds must be promptly requested by contacting the ARC Treasurer at business@albanyrowingcenter.org. A $20 administrative fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for early withdrawals prior to the start of a program. No refunds will be given for Learn to Row or Summer Camps except when ARC cancels a session due to under enrollment. In the event that ARC cancels a session, a full refund will be provided and no administrative fee will be charged.
